The Gratis
The Gratis is a boutique development comprising twelve unique apartments spread across three levels. The project combines thoughtful architectural design with refined interiors in collaboration with Adele Bates and landscaping by Jack Merlo. Created, is a cohesive and elevated residential experience within the neighbourhood of Deepdene.
