Positioned just off one of Kew’s key arteries, Canterbury explores architecture as a point of intersection, where form, context, and history converge. The design draws from the Spanish Mission and Spanish Revival styles, using the arch as both anchor and motif. Columns meet arches to create a softening along the façade, tempering sharp lines to render lightness. This interplay introduces a delicacy, grounding the building in place while offering a contemporary reinterpretation of classical architectural language.
