Located near Brighton and Dendy Street Beach, Anytide is conceived around a central courtyard that acts as both anchor and threshold. Drawing inspiration from the contemporary tea house, the design prioritises inward focus, folding living spaces around the courtyard to create a calming cohesion. Framed views and liminal spaces establish adjacencies between inside and out, while the courtyard opens and expands. Brighton House is grounded through a balancing act between intimacy, flow and retreat.
